These funds will be used to expand technology-assisted treatment and prevention services, as well as the West Virginia Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) Program throughout the state.​

How to Apply

Funding opportunity requesting letter of intent will be mailed to eligible applicants and posted to DAS/JCS website. 

Respondents will be sent instructions for accessing forms and applying through Vendor Self Service (VSS).​
