The PSN Program’s objectives are to: 

1) implement effective programs and strategies that enable PSN teams to prevent, respond to, and reduce violent crime; 

2) effectively use intelligence and data to identify high crime areas and prolific violent offenders; and 

3) create and maintain ongoing coordination among federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement officials. 

Eligible applicants are limited to the Southern District of West Virginia (Charleston, Beckley, Huntington, Parkersburg, and Bluefield).
