Expanded School Mental Health (ESMH) is a multi-tiered system of support where schools, families, and strategic community partners work together to enhance student mental health in schools.
Guidelines
All proposals shall comply with applicable submission requirements and contain all required documents as identified in the Vendor Self-Service Portal.
How to Apply
Applicants must submit the full application including all attachments electronically using the WV Oasis Vendor Self Service (VSS) online portal at www.wvoasis.gov
Instructional training videos for VSS are located at http://wvoasis.gov/VSS/Default.aspx and include additional details regarding how to complete the grant funding application in VSS.
