Community Engagement is a service which identifies, connects and/or provides personal and community supports to individuals with a behavioral health disorders and a history of commitment to a state facility.
Guidelines
All proposals shall comply with applicable submission requirements and contain all required documents as identified in the Vendor Self-Service Portal.

Applicants must submit the full application including all attachments electronically using the WV Oasis Vendor Self Service (VSS) online portal at www.wvoasis.gov
