The Grantee provides social services for eligible individuals residing in West Virginia. Service provided to refugees and asylums for resettlement by providing cash assistance, medical assistance, and social services. Refugees may be assisted regardless of national origin. Grantee will provide Specialized Social Services designed to assist refugees in adapting to American life and achieving economic self-sufficiency through employment as soon as possible after arrival to the United States.

Applicants must submit the full application including all attachments electronically using the wvOasis Vendor Self Service (VSS) online portal at www.wvoasis.gov
