Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) supports proper nutrition for good health at the person’s stage of life and health concerns by offering additional resources to purchase whole fresh foods. These foods may be more expensive or not available in rural communities and the extra funds offset the extra expense related to their purchase. SNAP supports the community by increasing the purchase of food and supporting local businesses. The target area for this grant is all 55 counties.

How to Apply
Applicants must submit the full application including all attachments electronically using the wvOasis Vendor Self Service (VSS) online portal at www.wvoasis.gov
