The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources has developed a network consisting of a lead agency and seven regional coalition partners to manage and operate a comprehensive statewide Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) Program. The primary purpose of this grant is to promote the Federal Earned Income Tax Credit and help increase the amount of federal tax dollars available to eligible West Virginia individuals and families. Each regional coalition partner will establish Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites, provide families with free income tax preparation and provide financial literacy education to our residents as needed.

Applicants must submit the full application including all attachments electronically using the wvOasis Vendor Self Service (VSS) online portal at www.wvoasis.gov
