West Virginia Homeowners Rescue Program
T
his program helps homeowners with their past-due mortgage payments, utilities, homeowners’ insurance, property taxes, and other eligible costs. Applicants do not have to have a mortgage or need assistance with their mortgage to apply for other types of assistance. Individuals who own their home free and clear but may be behind with other housing expenses might still qualify.
